Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

ArthaDNA is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Reinforcement Analytics. All plans are billed via Razorpay and governed by the terms below. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to us at support@reinforcementanalytics.in.

Effect of cancellation: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid period.

Immediate cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the initial subscription charge and have not used any paid features (AI queries, portfolio uploads beyond the free tier), you may request a full refund by writing to us within that 24-hour window.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription plans: Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your transaction ID.

AI Credit packs: Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, as credits are consumed on demand and the cost of AI inference is incurred immediately. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.

Technical failures: If a payment is charged but your plan or credits are not activated due to a verified technical error on our end, we will either restore the entitlement or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, please write to us immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@reinforcementanalytics.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved faster directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
