ArthaDNA is a fully digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. All products — subscription plans and AI credit packs — are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon successful payment.
There is no physical shipment, courier, or delivery involved in any transaction on this platform.
Subscription plans: Activated instantly upon payment confirmation. Your account is upgraded automatically and accessible from your dashboard at invest.reinforcementanalytics.in/dashboard.
AI Credit packs: Credits are added to your account balance immediately after payment. You can view your balance under Dashboard → Settings → API Keys.
A payment confirmation email is sent to your registered email address upon successful purchase.
As all products are intangible digital services, exchanges in the traditional sense (e.g. returning a product for a different variant) do not apply.
If you purchased the wrong plan or credit pack, please contact us at support@reinforcementanalytics.in within 24 hours. We will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis and may apply the amount toward the correct plan at our discretion.
In rare cases, a payment may be processed but plan activation may be delayed due to a technical issue. If your plan or credits are not reflected within 15 minutes of payment, please:
